Instructions for using the handpiece
●using standard and proper burs. burs with big-head and long shank should not be often used for their extra burden to the rolling bead .Too small burs will slip and too big head will stuck in the groove. If the burs are heavily weared, the bearings would have the extra burden. The stucking part in the handpiece have strict requirements about the burs. The diameter of burs must be between 1.59-1.60MM. Any windind, deforming and unstandard burs shouldn’t be used.
●maintaining the purity of water. If the water and air is not clean, the dirt will gather at the bearings or the holes for ejecting water and air. And it will damage the handpiece and spoil the treatment.
●Preventing rotating without burs. Don’t push the bur button when rotating. It is a wrong practice to rotate the handpiece without the burs or testing stick, or the stucking part will be damaged under high-speed rotation. When loading or unloading the burs, please open the stucking part for burs.
●Proceeding the strict cleaning and lubricating process. The handpiece must clean and lubricate after using. The shank of burs should be cleaned before loading.
●Preventing the operating pressure exceeding standard amount. The working pressure shouldn’t exceed the pressure on the manual guide, or the span of handpiece will shorten and have big noise.
●Using handpiece in turns. If individual handpiece is often used , the rolling beads in the bearings will extend the strength to outside body. The bearings will have mechanical tiredness for a long time using , so the bearing will be easy to be damaged.
